The CMP2 workshops for this upcoming year are divided into NEW users and EXPERIENCED users. Each of the experienced users’ workshops at each grade level will focus on two books at a time. I will not be holding experienced users for the data and probability books at this time. If we find the need, I will schedule it later in the year.

The new users’ workshops will be for those teachers teaching the program for the first time OR those who still would like to go over the mathematics content and summary of each investigation.
There will be a session for each book at each grade level.

The experienced users’ workshops will be for those teachers who have taught the program at this grade level. I will not be planning to go through the book “a page at a time,” but rather we will look at how to differentiate, we will talk about some of the ACE questions, and most importantly, I will expect teachers to come to the workshop with questions/issues that they encountered while teaching the books.

We will be setting a limit on the number of registrants. We will not put a limit on district registration. The first 45 teachers registered will be able to attend. The remainder will be put on a wait list.
